"My hot tub started leaking so naturally I called Mr. Bills as my parents frequented this business when they owned a pool. Almost 2 weeks later, an email (as instructed by the employee working there) and multiple phone calls in which I was told I would get a call back (and never did) I give up. Apparently they never received my email, so I verified that it wasn’t my error, it wasn’t. The run around I have dealt with has been beyond frustrating. Thankfully another local spa store was able to provide me with the assistance I’ve been trying to get from this business. I recommend anyone else."

"Terrible customer service. Ended up fixing g poolmyself. They took 2000 off my card. Wanted 1200 more for liner only. I bought one for 800. Mr. Bills wanted 3200 for this liner. Bought it elsewhere for 800. He kept my 2000. Was supposed to take half of 3600. He's about as good at math as he is at customer service."

"I had a new liner installed in my inground pool this summer. The staff at Mr. Bills were very professional and friendly from the moment I contacted them for an estimate, to signing the contract and having the job completed on time. Bill himself and two other workers came out to install the liner. And it is fantastic! It fits like a glove and is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier! I was very pleased with the overall cost for everything. I chose the gulf coast/ tan seastone liner pattern for a more unique look. It’s just so cool looking. Reminds me of a Laguna the way the color fades from shimmering gold to Aqua as the water gets deeper."
