"Very rude, we arrived at 4:55 they don’t close till 5:30. He walked up to the door as we were about to go in. Locked the door and flipped the sign to close. Everytime I’ve been here this old guy is very rude and irritating, he doesn’t help with anything. I’m never going here again. I’m taking my business elsewhere and other people should too."

"I went here with my grandfather, not knowing what do get I just knew I wanted a bait caster, and the man at the register overheard me and decided to help me. He showed me a great reel and pole, I told him I didn’t have a lot to spend and he got me some really good cheap equipment. After, I kept shopping around and when we went to pay he gave me a whole lesson on how to use a bait caster and some tips and tricks. It was the best service I’ve ever seen. He even offered extra lessons just encase I’m having trouble he told me to come back and he will teach me in the parking lot. 10/10 service and selection."

"Owner seems rough around the edges for no reason and hard to have a conversation with or even asking questions to him seems difficult. Not sure he is cut out for customer service. Online says open at 8:30am I sat out in the parking lot for over 20 minutes past 8:30am just to realize the place won't be opening. I give 2stars because there is good stuff in there for fishing."
