"Extremely disappointed to have to write this review. We reached out to Sunco pools for a pool plumbing repair (our filter is unable to run without this repair) to support a local business. Mike came out and took a look and gave us a quote for the repair, and told us that it would be a straightforward fix and would only take him about 2 hours. It has now been a month without the pool filter running, our pool has turned completely green and unswimmable, we are worried about the damage and additional cost this will have on our pool, and Mike has been completely unresponsive. We have texted him twice a week for updates or any confirmation that parts have been ordered, and have called and left messages once a week on top of that. Additionally, he had promised to stop by 3 weeks after the quote to ensure the pool would still be swimmable and manageable without the filter running. I have come into the physical store about once a week as well to talk to someone, and the gentleman there cannot get in contact with him either. Complete and utter silence, and no update or communication on when he can come and repair. We are extremely disappointed and saddened and frustrated, and this has put a damper on our whole summer."

"I never even got a chance to do business with them. They don't respond. I wanted to purchase an above ground pool and have it installed. Sunco was recommended to me. My 1st attempt to contact Sunco was 3/30/22 by email. I received no response. I emailed again 4/4/22. No response. The website said the store was only open on Saturday, 10-12. I made a trip there on Saturday 4/16 between 10:30-11am. Nobody was there. I finally got a response from Bob on 4/20 asking if I was still interested in the info I requested on 3/30. (Twenty one days later). I figured, I'd give it another try. On 4/22, I thanked him for responding, and told him yes, I am still very interested. I never heard back from him. If they're not responsive to someone that wants to make a large purchase from them, what kind of service would there be from Bob & Sunco after a purchase is made? I'm going to guess, ZERO."

"Mike, Linda and Bob are all extremely friendly, helpful and nice people. We had our pool installed in the fall of 2013. Mike and Bob did a great job building the pool. Once completed, the back yard was beautiful. Our own private oasis at our house. Unfortunately, our pool leaked from the day it was filled. At first, Mike was extremely responsive. He was at my house numerous times over the next two years and had a leak detection company check my pool on several occasions attempting to locate the leak. Mike assured us he would get the leak fixed or he’d replace the liner. Because they were so helpful at first, I drove 45 minutes to their store in Gap to buy my chlorine and remain a loyal customer. Unfortunately, after 3-4 years or so of unsuccessfully trying to find the leak, Mike just gave up (probably out of frustration). He became less and less responsive. I last tried to contact him in 2017 and he just never responded to my call. Never honored his word and replaced the liner that has been leaking since Day 1. So here I am in 2019, almost 6 years later, and I still lose about a half inch of water per day due to my mystery leak. I’m certain this rate of water loss has cost me hundreds, if not thousands, in lost water and chemicals. Who knows what it’s going to cost me down the road as I’m sure the chlorinated water is wreaking havoc on the galvanized metal structure of the pool itself. I know I’m on my own at this point, but wanted to share my experience with this company."

"Linda and Mike and Bob have been super responsive, best price in liner replacement plus they were clean, fast, and easy to work with. When our liner sprung a huge hole, they gave us an old pool liner sample and glue to hold it until we could get the new liner in. That worked well enough so that we didn’t lose any summer swimming time. Lovely people."
