The store is spacious, all the employees are nice and knowledgeable- I love that you can just bring in your water sample and they tell you exactly what you need to do right down to how to mix and add it to the water. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone."

"Just wanted to leave a review based on my experience with the staff. Being from San Diego, I have no experience opening or closing pools. Mason and Jess were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions about opening up our pool. He took all the time needed to explain everything I needed to do. He is very knowledgeable and wasn't trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't really need. He ran a test of my water sample and recommended a few things to get me started. I've been to the store twice in as many days and today (3 days from when I took the cover off) I tested my water and everything is in safe range except chlorine (because of the shock) I expect it to be in safe range in a day or two. I can't put enough emphasis on how nice the staff is and how patient they are taking the time to explain everything I needed to do. Definitely my go to pool store from now on. There are places closer to my home but they didn't really seem to have "the time" to help me. Thank you Mason and Jess for all your help. Summer is here and will be amazing because of your help."
