You cashed my check right away now you can’t service me! PLEASE SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I wonder what the hot tub manufacturer will think about this? I’ll let you know bc this is ridiculous!"

I'm not wasting my gas driving to johnstown JUST TO TALK when you can't even tell me on the phone if you have an item or not like seriously not that hard to talk on the phone.. your out of your mind if you think I'm driving a half hour JUST TO TALK for you to tell me that you don't have an item or they quit making."

"Best place to stop for pool supplies and questions. The gentleman has been in the buisness for years and is very knowledgeable, he is upfront and blunt does not try to play marketing and sales games with you. Just straight up honesty and helpful. My wife been hunting for filters left and right for our pool and with in 15 minutes he was able to hunt them down and order them for us! When we decide to up grade and get a bigger and better pool this is where I will be getting it!"
