He had to come out several times to work on it and worked his rear off on it. Had to replace the heater, re wire, re plumb, etc. Any time I called with a question he returned the call and answered every question. He was a complete delight and gentleman. Could not have asked for better service. After repairs we went to the store and they kindly helped with testing the water and set us up with all the chemicals we needed. Will not go anywhere else for now on."
