"No one answered the phone,kept getting the busy signal,for hours."

"Was referred to Koch's for a washing machine repair-under manufacturer's warranty, by Maytag. Was repeatedly told by receptionist Rochelle, that Koch's sells and carries products directly and we should have purchased machine from them.Informed by Rochelle that existing customers receive priority scheduling for repairs, with warranty customers scheduled when an appointment becomes available.(Informed Maytag of this. Was advised by Maytag Koch's is NOT A CERTIFIED Maytag service provider). Asked to speak with Service manager- Kevin;was told he was busy unloading trucks. Asked for a direct telephone number; was advised I needed to go through call center. When product was finally scheduled for repair, after waiting over two weeks for parts,in addition to a 2-3 week repair appointment- product malfunctioned within 24 hours. Koch's receptionist told me to go elsewhere for repairs or call Maytag or Lowes directly. Rochelle told me my information was inaccurate and informed me I was being rude and HUNG UP THE PHONE on me. Would NOT purchase a product from this store and definitely NOT hire this company for repairs. Informed Maytag of Koch's: lack of customer service, inability to schedule customers in a reasonable period of time and incompetency with product repairs. Definitely would not recommend this subcontractor."

"Horrible experience, I purchased a new wash machine and after only two years it broke. I went there and told them I needed it to be serviced and it still was still covered under the warranty, they told me I was on the schedule, but the schedule is whenever they feel like calling you, I work full time and if they call while I’m working, to bad. My washer has now bin broken over 6 weeks now, completely frustrating. Will never purchase anything from them again, when my washer broke I was actually looking at buying a new refrigerator from them but now I will take my business somewhere else!"

"Make sure this place is not on the list for your warranty repairs.. i just moved into a new home in july and already having issues with my jenn air, the previous owners bought from this place. The women whom picked up said they are not a scheduled business only day to day, so expect to be waiting for a call the day before to get your appliances fixed... my stove is a safety problem and there are 100s waiting she said. smh it's been almost a month. I'm NOT sure how they stay open. I support small businesses BUT NOT THIS ONE. I had to let them know this could be a law suit and it's noted with jenn air."

"Anytime I need warranty work done, the person that does the schedule is rude. "Since you don't shop small businesses and bought from Lowe's you are 2 plus week out for repair." "Well that's what you get from buying from a big business." "You are not our customer so you are not a priority". This was not the first time she was like this. If you don't purchase from them, good luck getting any warranty work done. While I normally do buy from small business, circumstances prevented it at the time."
