"I cannot even give this a star! Been a patient over 25 years and I had an abscess tooth that was to be treated. Get to the appointment and was told by the front office staff that I cannot be seen until I pay the unpaid balance of 596.00 from my ex-husband!! I explained that it is not my bill that I have had my own insurance for years I was told we are on the family plan???? There is no such thing as a family plan!!! We don’t get a family discount, they don’t provide our insurance!!! I am assuming because we had the same address. I explained how I was in the ER with my tooth and how bad the pain was, didn’t matter. I ended the confrontation with a few choice words explained I will never step foot in there again, as well as others in my family who have since canceled upcoming appointments. Found Debonis Dentistry in Bellevue would highly recommend!!!"

"I belonged to this practice for over 10 years and I used to refer people to come here but that stops NOW!! They have had a complete change of staff including the loss of many dentists and now the care is terrible. The front office staff is very rude and no one calls you back when you have questions. Plus, they were pretty clueless about pricing which is pretty important. One time, my appointment was cancelled and I never received any information about it or a call to reschedule. Absolutely terrible patient care. Don't waste your time here!! Too many mistakes. You can get better care somewhere else"

"I have been going to Dr Herock for years. I recently got an implant done. I was quoted one price and charged another. Now they are telling me I owe more. When getting my teeth cleaned I mentioned to Dr Herock that we were having issues with the billing staff. He said he would look into it. But nothing was done. After years of being a valuable customer I will never go back. Very sad."

"The doctor advised me as a 25 year old (at the time) to cap all my front teeth to get my desired look. After researching online and finding out this is a outdated technique I sought a second opinion. Thankfully the dentist who I got a second opinion from in Wexford referred me to an orthodontist who has achieved exactly what this doctor advised was unfeasible since my mouth was fully matured. I feel thankful I got that second opinion otherwise I would have shaved down perfectly healthy teeth and regretted it my entire life. Think twice!"

"I went here because it was recommended by a friend. I hadn't been to a dentist for several years because I lost my healthcare insurance, but I had saved some money and I knew that I needed some work. I went and they did a full exam with x-rays. The dentist told me all the work that needed to be done . I asked the office lady that I would like to have a total on all the work that needed to be done so I could pay up front. She gave me what she told me was the total cost . I thought it was reasonable and paid. I went the 1st and 2nd time and everything was fine, the third time the office lady caught me on the way out and asked me for over $300 more. I said that I paid up front for the work . All she did was restate that I owed over $300 more. This would mean that the rest of the work that was needed wasn't covered. I feel that this was a very shifty thing to do and will not go back to be lied to about the cost of the work. Now I have to find another dentist to finish the work. The work they did was OK though the tooth they capped in the front looks like a fake tooth stuck there."
