"I wait in line for almost 30 minutes for this. I didn't get what I asked for as far as ice cream but was already so irritated it didn't matter. The people working tonight were rude. Didn't give me any sauce so I had to find my own. They also gave me diet soda which immediately grossed me out. Every time I try to like this location they disappoint BIG time."

"I don’t complain a lot but this time it was the most nasty driest food I have ever ate. I know nothing was fresh. My fries were cold. My burgers were cold and old. My fries weren’t even cold. They were just straight up old. We will never be coming back to this place again they don’t hire any adults. It’s all kids and teenagers it takes forever to get your food within. Everything is old and really cold and just nasty. Y’all really need to get your restaurant together. It is bad the store does not take pride in its food and customer service. And whoever this dude is that’s cooking the food you’ll need to get another cook because he sucks honestly"

"The place is clean... But I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone with a manager name tag came to the front. He looks at me and without saying a word, returned to the back. Eventually returning to take my order. This is a very clean store that looks great... But needs new management. Maybe someone who isn't a child."

"Last minute service on our daughter's birthday cake. I went to Sam's, Martin's, Food Lion and other chains, offered to pay more for Sam's day service. This DQ and their staff went above and beyond. Thank you so much!"

"Nothing wrong with the food at all or the atmosphere. The service though is what brought me to write this review. I get that all fast food places can be busy but this was unacceptable. We came in and this boy in front of us only ordered one ice cream Sunday and waited 20 minutes for it!! The people in the back were messing around and just talking while a giant lines formed in the dining room. We ordered 4 blizzards and it took about 25 minutes to come out. The lady who took our order asked us 3 times if we had ordered anything!!! I love dairy queen and will continue to go there but tonights service was horrendous."
