"I ordered delivery last night I waited an hour which wasn't a problem. Then I got it my cheesesteak salad was not there. I called them he said I know you don't it's stilling in front of me. I got it 20 mins later and the steak was cold the cheese was cold and in a clump and I literally had maybe 4 small pieces of lettuce. Called and all I got was sorry. I paid 31 dollars for trash!"
"Amazing food & Fantastic service!! They will pack you subs deconstructed if you have far to travel. I had a 2 hour trip & the person who came in after me had a 3 hour drive home. This makes it so your sub is freshly made when you are ready for it."
"I ordered a steak sub from here. Order was wrong. No big deal . Called to have it corrected. A lady answered the phone. Told her about it she said there are no refunds. I did not want one. Wanted my hoagie and was glad to return the other one. The lady said if you don't like what you got order somewhere else and don't order here again . Your customer service sucks and I will never order there again!!!"
"What a great little sandwich shop right in the middle of a residential area! Upon arrival my wife and I was greeted promptly and the menu choices was thoroughly explained. The sandwiches they serve are enormous and piled high with at least 3 times the goodies that your average chain would serve you! The bread was amazing and the blend of hot and sweet peppers they use is phenomenal as well. I ordered a basic large ham and cheese sub deluxe plus the peppers and the thing felt like I was holding a baby on the way out the door ! One of the best sandwiches we have ate in the 44 states we have traveled hands down!!! Friendly folks and amazing food are at the ready and this place is a must try if you are passing through !!"
