"I can not believe whats going on with this walmart pharmacy staff. They have no manners to talk with people specially older people. If you are not happy with your job please leave dont get rude with people who comes to pick up their prescription. I wish i can give you zero. You all need to fix your behaviour. You all need proper training that how to give good customer service. From 2 months i am having problem with my parents prescription i fill their meds receive confirmation email with med names but when i go to pick up they say no you didnt refill when i show them email then they say oh yeah let me check then oh yes wait 15 mins then after 15 mins no come next day when you go next day then they dont know what to do then they say oh we can not claim your insurance our pharmacy has problem. Everytime they give excuse. This is really serious matter no joke. They should respect the older people stop yelling on them please. This is unacceptable. Please provide your staff proper training that how to use system. It looks like they dont want to work . No star for this pharmacy staff."

"Too many associates. Too many different people answering the phone when we had questions about prescriptions. We had to wait 2.5 hours AFTER we were told the prescriptions we're ready in 10 minutes. They made a mistake on one prescription and had to return the prescription for a replacement. If we had used the prescription it would have been dangerous. Because of the constant problems and the inconveniences we moved our prescriptions to a different pharmacy."
