Reviews of Jones Park
"We hiked and geocached 3.82 miles here. With all the rain, the trails were a bit muddy. There were several creek crossings, and we were glad we brought extra shoes and socks to change into after our hike. The bridge at the end was a welcome sight. Beautiful nature."
"Awesome hiking trails. Mountain biking is also good here but will require some skill. There are trails for all hiking skill levels. No restrooms. Paper map copies were unfortunately out."
"Great place to go off-roading and camping I definitely recommend, it is also pet friendly and a good size parking area, cabins are also available"
"Had a great hike with my Labrador. Once you get a bit in the trails aren't marked as well & get confusing but we still had a great time exploring. I downloaded the map ahead of time on alltrails & we ended up hiking through the creek back down."
"It's a great place for secluded running, hiking, or cycling. It's gorgeous and not crowded. I've heard that some people do not follow the rule to keep your dog on a leash, which can be very unsettling if you're alone or running, but we didn't encounter anything like that. The trail map needs to be improved because it's easy to get disoriented when you're out on various trails. It's not hard to stay on the trails themselves (marked by colored dots on the trees), but for a newcomer, it can be hard to know which way you should go when the various trails intersect (as they do multiple times)."
