"Thanks to Warren had a great experience. I tried to do self checkout but my number didn't match my member number so he very patiently helped me do that. Impressed with his professionalism. Thank you!"
"Open 24 hours and it feels safer than other CVS locations in the city"
"3 CVS pharmacies searched the database for my medication and confirmed that the medication was definitely in stock at that pharmacy. When I went there to pick up the medication, the manager started asking private personal questions that he is not allowed to ask and have nothing to do with the prescription. The doctor who wrote the prescription is simply responsible for it and he is only obliged to give the medicine out. When I refused to answer the private personal questions, he asked his employee to reverse the processing of my prescription and claimed that the medication is now sold out. Better get your medication somewhere else"
"I don't know what kind of draconian cost cutting measures CVS has unleashed on its pharmacy staff but the result is that they are stressed, irritable, and disrespectful. Instead of answering a simple question about a refill, the pharmacist insulted my doctor and insinuated that I was trying to refill a prescription early (I was not) for nefarious purposes. Perhaps their corporate policy is to insult customers and make the in-person experience as awful as possible to encourage us to rely on Caremark and avoid their physical locations- if so, it's quite effective!"
"I visited them on may 18 to buy minoxidil 5% for men (picture attached). When I looked at the expiry date, it said 12/20. I talked to the person their and told them this item is expired, she said I don’t know, I need to talk to the manager. The manager came and told me the item is not expired and this mean December 20, 2022. I told him, no that’s wrong, and I’m not gonna buy this but you shouldn’t be selling expired items here, he said, you don’t have to buy it."
