"Worst experience ever. I was bullied the entire process by Michelle Raines. She yelled at me for calling her and asking her a question. She said how dare you called me on my cell phone. Then do not give me your cell phone number then! During the closing, instead of signing the paper with me, she was talking about someone giving birth of a large baby and her amazing vacation the entire time with my agent: so unprofessional. Worst of all, they did not change the ownership with DC water as they are supposed to do, which created some problem for me with DC water. The seller owed hundreds of dollars of water bill. They did not pay. They ruined my joy as first time buyer. Could be just Michelle Raines is terrible. Not only terrible at her job but also a terrible human being with no respect for others (and others who paid her to do her job)."
