"Joseph Chandlee was my transferred attorney from another group. My case was pretty straight forward. The main reason why I am giving a 2 star is that it seems the front desk is always quite short and rude when answering the phone. That when it came to asking her a question, she treated me like I was a nuisance for calling in the first place. The time for the office to reply took to long for replies. I left voicemail on 9/11, had to send another email 9/13 to say I did not get a call back. Received a reply 9/14 to tell me I would be call back....no call. I sent a follow up email on 9/18, finally got a reply. They were quick to send over a docusign to get signed for them to have POA over the awarded amount. Updated: since Chandlee called and said they would talk to the person who was rude with me. Still was not impressed with the callback wait time from a 3 to a 4 star."
