"This place is absolutely ridiculous. I made an appointment with this office last week because I have a tooth that has been giving me problems for going on 2 weeks now. I first had to get clearances from my doctor for dental work(I am 17 weeks pregnant.) I had to leave work early today and rush over to this office to make the appointment on time and when I got there, they had informed me that I had an outstanding balance of over $100 from 2012 and that they would not see me until I had paid in full. You would think this would be information they could provide me while making the appointment in order for me to be able to bring the money I owe with me. I don't just carry that kind of cash on me. So in order to be seen by this office, I have to pay the past due( which isn't a problem. I hadn't even realized I owed them money), take more time off work(now they're costing ME money) and drive all the way out there. They had my information on their computer. They pulled it up to see, when I made the appointment that I was a patient of theirs already. Why wouldn't they tell me i owe them anything over the phone instead of making me waste my time, money and gas to get to their office just to tell me this information in person? So ridiculous!!!"
