"HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They will not return your phone calls, 3 weeks after trying to schedule an appointment with them for teeth extractions due to infection after infection still no response from them they do not answer the phone ever! They clearly don’t care about their patients!"

"I have been going to the dentist for about a year and a 1/2. It is a struggle to make an appointment, you have to go in there to make an appointment and it's really hard to get in there. Usually when I go in there, it's a pretty good in and out appointment but I had a toothbreak and I had to wait a month and a 1/2 to get the broken pieces extracted. And I went in for my appointment. I waited a 1/2 an hour to get called back. And then they put me in the chair. They put the bib on they had me sign the paper. And then they put the topical numbing stuff on my gum area and then left and 45 minutes later. My gums were no longer numb. Nobody came back nobody to be seen anywhere. And I got up and I walked out of the building and I was clear in the back of the building. Nobody noticed nobody has called me. And that was yesterday to see where I went. I do not recommend this place and I will never go backOanything. It's like they completely forgot about me. So now I still have broken chips of teeth in my mouth. And I have to find somewhere else to go. Get it extracted after waiting a month and a 1/2 to get in. I do not recommend this place. And I will never go back."

"At this point if I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had to reschedule my surgery as of today 3 times in the past year and 2 months, they do not answer phones or call back. I paid a lot of money and taken time off of work and so has a family member to take me to these but to no avail have to reschedule again. I paid a lot of money to have this done and not not willing to even discount. This is heartbreaking, if I could go anywhere else in erie county I would but there is nobody that takes the insurance. Super stressful"

"The staff here are super sweet! I had a real bad abscess, and teeth that needed to be removed as soon as possible! I went in yesterday at 10:30 & I was seen at 11 they numbed my whole mouth completely, teeth, and gums. The oral surgeon was kind, patient, and made the process super easy. (There was some pressure, and some pain here and there that made it uncomfortable, and painful.) However, the staff made me smile and laugh and did there best to make it as comfortable as possible. They checked on me today, and made sure I was doing good. Great staff, and a smooth process. My mouth has healed in 24 hours, the pain and discomfort became a little unbearable yesterday but the pain meds worked well. I would recommend them. They did a good job and got all of my bad teeth out."

"On August 25, the doctor CERMINARA violated my smile. He treated my front tooth and made it shorter than another nearby tooth and also sawed it down to the center of the mouth at an angle. It was an outrage. Help me punish him. When I asked him to redo it, he laughed in my face and I didn’t want to redo it. Then I took a piece of filling that was no longer in accordance with the rules and jumped out of the office. I touched it and it broke off again. I refused to leave and demanded to call the police... only then another doctor came and remade my tooth. I was already hysterical. I could barely contain myself from being offended.because I demanded the doctor CERMINARA to correct his abuse of my tooth, of my smile, he threw me out of the clinic, which I found out today on October 19th when I came to have my teeth cleaned. He withdraws money from the state insurance, which requires high-quality dental treatment, and does his job terribly and he also throws me out of service like a lousy kitten, help me punish him, let his name become known in this city and let him take away his license. I will not accept any apology, unless in the form of compensation for the moral damage he caused to me. Remember him Name CERMINARA."
