"Gotta love a beautiful fall morning walk John White Park is a long time favorite I've been coming to this Park since I was a kid going to the school the summers we're great with the free lunches and activities. I literally seen every addition and everything that was taken away now I think this Park could you a bigger basketball play area move the water works further in and make it bigger with more splashing fun and create more room for family's gathering grilling and more.. place a nice remolded bathroom area and recreate the swings and jungle gym area it's safe it's quiet and peaceful. Let's see youngstown build more for community families and children keep our kid's out the streets and into positive growth and maybe just maybe the future for Youngstown's urban and low income families such as mines can be a bit brighter. Come together love respect and peace. It takes a village I always heard let's become that village."

"This park is small and quiet it is secluded and surrounded by trees also it is located in a very country like setting on the east side of Youngstown that most locals aren't even aware exists. Kids love it and so do adults. It has a swing area, a climbing structure, two slides, covered shelter picnic area with grill and tables, a basketball court, and also has a walking path with exercise equipment along the path. One of the best features at this park is the water play area which is a small pad that allows children to play in the spraying water in the hot days. Wonderful park to visit!!"

"I am impressed with the renovations done to the park. It's a very nice place to have a cookout, picnic or to bring kids."
