"Usually very knowledgeable and helpful staff are on site. Occasionally, there will new someone new working that doesn't know anything. Great selection of products. Unfortunately, the entire pool and spa chemical industry inflates prices astronomically each year since the beginning of the pandemic. The only reason chlorine is now up 300% is greed. There has been plenty of time for the chlorine plant in Texas that was damaged in the ice storm years ago to recover. Companies need to share the burden of inflation with customers. Our money goes nowhere near as far but large companies still see increases in the percentage of their profits."

"In 22 years of being in this industry- I Am blown away at the lack of assistance & customer service I just was given ! We went to pick up a pool heater - that a customer purchased- the store employees sat the heater directly inside the store - right in front of the doors & NEVER even acknowledged us while my husband & I were strapping it to OUR dolly & trying to hold both doors open to get the heater out cuz it was too large to fit thru just 1 door! Thank God the homeowners’ son held a door - or we’d still be trying to get outside with this heater! NOT 1 TIME DID ANY OF THEM ACKNOWLEDGE US OR COME HOLD A DOOR OPEN - which in my opinion is ABSOLUTE Horrible customer service !!!!! And to think - @ 14 years ago I ALMOST worked for this company - I can guarantee IF I managed this store - it wouldn’t run like that! I will NEVER stop in there - or recommend anyone to do so!"
