"Was very disappointed in the customer service and response. I paid for the pool up front last November 2022 so I could guarantee early installation so they got their money upfront IN FULL. The pool was installed in June and 2 weeks later we noticed water running out from the bottom of it. I called the owner and sent a video showing what was going on explained that we hadn't even been in the pool as of yet due to weather and our busy schedules. I had to drain 14,000 gallons of water send a message when it was done... crickets again! Liner was replaced with NO communication just the remnants of garbage left in the yard with the hose turned on in the pool (paying for refill at my cost again not to mention cost of chemicals again) to let me know that someone had been to my house. If I had read the reviews I would have spent the money elsewhere instead of here!! very disappointed!! I was hoping to buy a hot tub next but I will not even get my chemicals from here I will order them on line from here on out."

"This is the only place to buy a pool. From start to finish nothing but professional and friendly service. Was installed as promised no delays. Thank you Bob, Ralph, and Crew. It is absolutely beautiful and we love it. Also check the prices the best for a beautiful pool."

"Once they have your money they no longer care about you. They’ll sell you the world and you feel good about it until you’re ready for your pool to be installed and then it continues to get delayed. Any questions you have will get answered differently. So you’re just stuck in limbo with thousands of dollars of your money gone. Highly recommend calling around and even paying more somewhere else. Wishing I read the other awful reviews on all sites of some of the same problems these guys give others as well."

"The wait is worth it for an amazing pool. They came around 7am on installation day, had the entire area dug out, leveled, sand done, pool frame up, and filling by 9am. Next day Bob the owner came out installed the ladder and hooked the pump up and went over everything with me from cleaning the pool, to normal maintenance, trouble shooting, etc. Any time I have questions Bob or Bobby are happy to help and answer them. Prices are good too. Happy with my pool."

"Bob and his team did an excellent job getting our pool in. He came just before 10am on install day and had it cut, dug, and in place within a couple of hours, we were filling up just after noon. He also made sure to follow the same path dumping dirt and kept the yard tear up to a minimum. They have a good system in place of having enough help and getting the pool in timely and efficiently. Opening kit is also very valuable, leap chemical system to get you started, shock, vacuum and pole with net and cleaning attachments, water tester, and thermometer. Go for a heater, you won't regret the extra investment in this area."
