"I booked a flight a month in advance. Coming from Long Island we had to get a hotel and dinner the night prior. Weather was beautiful the next day. Arrived at the sight at 5:00 as was told no one was there. Called the number and was told via a recording that the trip was cancelled! Not even a phone call!"

"We had an awesome experience with Neal (pilot), his wife (chase van driver), and their volunteer crew! US Hot Air Balloon Team took our initial reservation and connected us with Neal. Our trip was delayed a few times due to weather, but Neal and his wife kept us informed and worked with us to reschedule each time. I spoke with Neal on the phone the evening before the flight and very early the morning of our flight (for the final go/no go decision). We arrived at the designated launch site at Peddler's Village at the same time that Neal and his team arrived. As they setup the balloon, Neal explained what they were doing, so the trip was also educational. We had a great flight. At the end of our flight, Neal sent me screenshots of our flight path and altitude from his tracking software. We rode back to Peddler's Village and had some light snacks and champagne, received our certificates, balloon pins, and the commemorative champagne glasses. I can't say that every team affiliated with US Hot Air Balloon Team will be as professional as Neal and his team, but if you're flying out of Bucks County, you'll be flying with Neal!"
