Matt and Barbara are wonderful to work with. They are both friendly and helpful and answer all questions thoroughly. If we call with any questions, they return a call to us quickly. Barbara was incredibly helpful to us when we were relocating. Several weeks prior to our move, she contacted us to see if things were still moving on schedule. Since the dates of the closings for both the house we were moving to AND the house we were selling kept shifting, she was patient in working with us to make sure that we were insured appropriately for both locations. We truly appreciate that Matt keeps us informed of any changes to our converages when we have our yearly meetings. "My rates at my previous provider have gone up way beyond my comfort zone, so the search for new insurance began. I tried the aggregators, but the quotes weren't that great. An online search revealed that State Farm had the best bundle discounts, so did a maps search for State Farm and randomly picked this agency to call. Best move ever!
