"Even though I had money Apex did not let me buy me ostomy supplies. The lady told me I can not sale you the product without knowing the number. Prior to the previous month I came in with the same issue she supplied me with an product assured me I can not return after final sale of 37.99 plus tax. I brought the product was satisfied. Fast forward back to yesterday 11/2/2020 they did not let me buy the product they had and specially already sold to me. This is the only store in 32 miles of me and I don't drive. And they showed discrimination. Apex only supply to members even if your paying cash, they choose who to sale products to. I will never go to this store again."

"Since the pandemic struck medication has been delivered by their delivery guys. On 8/18/2020 I received a call from one of Apex delivery guys saying he is delivering medication and that he was in front of my home. I advised him that I was not home and that I will be there in 5 minutes. He tells me he could not wait 5 mins that he had other medication to deliver. To make a long story short no one call me ahead of time to see if anyone will be there to accept the medication they just showed up and expected me to be there waiting for them. He then tells me that I can pick up the medication at the store. This guy was so unprofessional and rude. I could have been at a medical appointment, at the store or whatever and this rude person just showed up and expected me to be home. You just don't show up like that. I use to get a call to let me know that they are coming. Not this time. That medication will be there and I will inform the agency that they are being billed for medication that is not being deliver. The worst part is he couldn't wait the 5 minutes for me and his next location was where I was coming from."
