"Went for flu shots. The sign out front reads 'walk ins welcomed. We stood in line with three people ahead of us for 30 minutes and watched as none of the people ahead of us at the pharmacy were able to get the various things they came for and walk away upset and cursing at the useless pharmacist. When we got to the front of thr line thr pharmacist told us they don't accept flu shot walk ins on the weekend although it doesn't Sat that anywhere in the store or on the sign. The pharmacist managed to accomplish nothing in over 30 minutes of 'helping' customers."

"I have had the worst experience ever with Walgreens. To give insult to injury, I worked for Walgreens 35+ years ago in Yuma, AZ. I signed up for delivery 3 months ago and had an awful time that took me to a conference with their HDQTRS. I did finally get my prescription 2 days late. 2 days without medicine. While the staff at this store were nice and finally got my meds to me due to a Walgreens site screw up, I just can't order again and get so stressed out (my meds are for my b/p). Tonight when I tried to login and order my meds 4 days in advance, the site tells me my info is wrong and call customer service. I just can't go through this again. I will be transferring to Safeway."

"Hi, I ask to person name Iris the n the Walgreen. She sent me the lotion isle. But I couldn’t find the item there and I asked again. She said she doesn’t suppose to shop for me and you need to find the item yourself. That’s really awkward never heard of this kind of response in any grocery employees ever. Good like to walgreen and Iris’s career path"
