"The same thing happened to me Lavonda. I was getting my medicine every month like clockwork, then all of a sudden it stops. I called my dr and they told me they had to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy said that they couldn’t get it because Ecel pharmacy filled the prescriptions without actually having it. Now I’m over here hurting without my medicine because Ecel pharmacy stole a prescription. When I asked the nurse how they can do that she said the insurance company paid a Excel Pharmacy to fill a prescription they didn’t even have. How can they do that??? I’m one step away from calling the police because I’m sitting here in pain while they are stealing prescriptions. I guess they are lying to the insurance company and telling them they have the prescriptions when they don’t. My real pharmacy is in the process of trying to get it back, but if they gotta talk to the same lady I talked too... she ain’t giving it back. She told me I had to come pick it up. I’ve never had to go pick up my medicine from my real pharmacy. All of this is crazy. I’m calling the police because I think this is an insurance scam to try and get paid for my expensive medicines, because the cheaper ones are still at my real pharmacy. I hope everyone they are doing this too call the police too. This is crazy."

"I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at Grubs Pharmacy for years. Now all of a sudden when I try to get my medicine filled Grubs telling me they can’t fill it, because Excel did. I’ve never used these people before. My dr NEVER gave them my prescriptions, and I don’t know nothing about them. I know the dr gave Grubs my prescription, because I called and asked them. how did Ecel get it. Are they out here stealing prescriptions? All I know is I need my medicine and these people playing games. When I called and asked to speak to a manager somebody name Muta or Muda gets on the phone and was rude to me. Told me that they are filling my medicine now. I don’t want these rude, ignorant people filling anything for me! Everything was going fine until they started stealing my prescriptions! BEWARE OF EXCEL PHARMACY!!!"

"This llace is horrible, they act like they don't care about their customers not working for that matter. They offer delivery services but the guy comes whenever he feels like it. The pharmacist is very rude, she puts you on hold forever and then when you call back they send you to voice mail or picks up the phone just to hang up. They need to get it together because I'm looking for another pharmacy ASAP!!!!"
