"Best beginning and ending of our cruise ever! Booking was easy, instructions were clear, hotel was fabulous (Embassy Suites) cars were on time, drivers were super helpful with the luggage and when there was a little hiccup Trinity came through with flying colours! Our party of four was dropped off at the port, and a small cooler bag was inadvertently left in the car. We didn’t realize it until we were on board, and a telephone call to the driver wouldn’t go through. We sent an email and asked if Trinity would locate the bag and drop it off at the hotel lobby for pick up when we got back. Trinity went over and above to find the bag, and the driver who picked us up at the port had the bag in his possession so there was no need to stop at the hotel lobby. Also want to give special kudos to our return driver who took us directly to our car and helped unload and load up the luggage for us. If you are coming into Port Liberty to cruise from out of town, choose Trinity for a great before and after cruise experience!"

"I want to take a moment and say thank you for the excellent service offed by Trinity Reservations. Our entire trip was made so much better because of their service. I called the hotel two nights before just to make sure our reservation was in their system since this was the first time we used a service like this. The hotel was extremely pleasant when I called, and the hotel itself (Home 2 Suites) was a good choice. The staff was fantastic, and the room was very nice. The free breakfast was very good as well. We had no issues parking our car there for the 2 week cruise, which was included in our package.. The transportation was as good as it gets! You signed us up with "Way To Go Car & Limo". The driver (Ahmed) called us the evening before to confirm our pick-up time. I told him our assigned check-in time, and even though we didn't ask, he came early. NYC was having flooding issues and he really wanted to try to get us close to our assigned time, which we made! The driver was very, very kind and made sure he got us a place out of the rain upon arrival. He would not let us assist with getting our luggage out - he personally gave it to the porter. Upon the ships arrival back to NYC, our driver (Abouhany) phoned us to confirm a 9:30 pickup still worked. We really thought we would be ready by 9:00 since we ported early. He came at 8:45 just in case. Unfortunately, the debarkation was a mess! It took forever. I called Abouhany to let him know we were having a difficult time getting out. He was so patient and told us not to worry, take our time. We were almost an hour later than expected, but he was as pleasant as anyone could be and conversed with us during our trip back to New Jersey to get our car. The vehicles were large SUV's that comfortably fit 4 adults and all our luggage for a 2-week cruise. I strongly recommend all of the businesses mentioned, especially Trinity Reservations who put the package together for us. We had such a pleasant experience both before and after our cruise! Thank you to Trinity Reservations, Home2 Suites, and Way to Go Transportation. I wouldn't hesitation to use this service again in the future!"

"We used Trinity upon recommendation from a FB page on cruising out of Bayone NJ. Everything could not have run more smoothly. Trinity booked our hotel at Embassy Suites in Elizabeth, picked us up the next morning right on time in a Lexus SUV , and picked us up at the end of our cruise right on time and brought us to Newark airport. Easy, Peasy - highly recommend"

"Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites, close to Newark Airport, and the transportation provided to and from Port Liberty cruiseport. The staff at the hotel were courteous and professional. The car service drivers were punctual and professional, as well. The hotel room was comfortable and roomy and we felt very secure with the parking arrangements. Overall, we were very pleased with the package that we purchased and would highly recommend your service to friends."

"10/10 would recommend! We left out of Brooklyn for a cruise on 6/4/23. We stayed at home 2 suites and loved how spacious the room was. Unfortunately the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use it. If you like Chinese, ORDER THE CHINESE for delivery! Best I’ve ever had! I never received the email from trinity with confirmation and was worried I wouldn’t get the information being a Saturday evening. Bruce replied early Sunday morning with the confirmation and all information needed. Our driver went to the wrong hotel for pick up but was still at the correct one before the pick up time. He didn’t speak much English so made for a long ride of listening to the radio in Spanish. Arrived at port safely! After the cruise, I called for a car and they had a driver with in minutes set to arrive. They informed us of the make model and color of the car. That driver spoke more English and also got us back to our car safely. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others!"
