Walgreens Pharmacy

"Okay so about a year or so ago I started going to THIS pharmacy. And here I'm thinking walmart was bad aha nah. Long story short I can't go to the pharmacy every other day because I don't have transportation but they don't care anyhow.. I tell them to let me know when all my meds are ready. Hahha they do and when I go. Half of them are ready or I'm missing ONE/TWO like really if you don't like your job why are you working there I just don't understand what the big issue is and they are not going to keep getting my insurance making big money off of me and my other two sisters who go there. I have to do what's best for me"

"This place has been terrible for a while but last week they refused to order my flonase because they have it over the counter. Even though that would mean I would pay $30 instead of $10. Now I'm trying to switch pharmacys and they keep blowing me off and ignoring the pharmacy that is contacting them. Avoid this walgreens like the plague!"

"Not exactly rude, but definitely not friendly or over the top helpful. They do their job and that's about it. I prefer places that actually know me and care and will listen long enough to answer your question."

"Like this Wallgreens. I like the fact that it’s just the pharmacy and every time I need something or have a question about my prescription they actually take the time out and give me the full story and not BS around the story like CVS around the corner. You can get in and out within five minutes because you don’t have to stand there and wait for somebody to buy all their stuff like food and everything like a regular Wallgreens. They should have more pharmacies like this just the pharmacy part no store part. And every time I talk to the ladies over there they’re always so nice."

"Cold uninviting unempathetic to problematic issues. One could feel the annoyance when asking for help or understanding. Customer service totally different from Walgreens before it moved to the new location. Not all but overall. I still said thank you anyway. Maybe most were just having a bad day on those days."
