He's a genuine person and he cares about his patients. I broke my retainer trays last Thursday and called the office Monday. His front desk (they are great; friendly & helpful) team quickly scheduled an appointment for me. I arrived this past Thursday and Bri took great care of me as she gently took impressions of my teeth. She provided supplies to clean my teeth, mouth, and face after the impressions. "I’m a dental hygienist and had many orthodontist to choose from for my 14 (now 15) yr old daughter. This experience went better then we anticipated. We are extremely happy with Dr Hao and his well trained staff. What I appreciate the most is that Dr Hao examined and was engaging with every re-tie or adjustment appointment every six weeks. Most orthodontist would do a 1 minute check then a handoff to their assistants. Not that … that is negative. My daughter just felt like it sped up the Ortho duration….LOL, but as a dental professional it was appreciated. All in all we are both extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend Dr Hao."
