"The store staff is lovely. The pharmacy staff is extremely difficult with that exception of Jessica Karma. Other than being openly not nice, the store also closes bc there are not enough techs. So if you’re like me, you might have to go without a med you need bc CVS can’t staff properly. Buyer beware."
"This CVS has its act together moreso than several of the other locations that I have visited in the city. One an earlier occasion they had a specific medication that I needed, whereas the other CVS location just down the street did not. And today, they have the many flavors of. Red Bull for which I am addicted. You would be hard pressed to find any other flavor besides regular at the other CVS locations around the city. The the cashier was able to change a $100 bill. I loved it! I actually walked a mile to come to this store specifically."
"This pharmacy is on the struggle bus, and I would recommend avoiding it. You’ll likely have a confusing, slow experience and come away without your prescription. The pharmacy recently refused to fill one of my two prescriptions, claiming my insurance needed to preauthorize it. My insurance never needs to preauthorize anything and never even received the prescription from the CVS. Multiple phone calls to the pharmacy from my doctor’s office and me over several days couldn’t convince them to fill it. (My insurance suspected CVS had determined it wouldn’t make sufficient profit from the sale based on my insurance’s reimbursement rate, so simply obfuscated.) The male pharmacist was also super unhelpful. He directed me to the opposite end of the story when I asked where to find a certain OTC drug, but it was actually right by him. He also had to ring me up multiple times because he couldn’t figure out how to get my CVS coupon to work. Just avoid."
"Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Have also popped in here on several occasions to find multiple products have not been restocked. I avoid this location like the plague, but have found the CVS on 17th and P NW to be delightful."
"CVS Pharmacy in general loses my insurance information on a regular basis. This particular branch has lost it several times in the 4 months that I have been sending prescriptions there. I have to bring all my insurance info every time because odds are, it’s been deleted from the computer system since the last time. Not worth it!! Taking my prescriptions to RiteAid instead!!"
