"0 stars. As a prescriber, I left a voicemail to call in a prescription. I then called the next day to check on the status, and they reported to not have received it. So I did it over the phone with a male pharmacist. A few hours later, my patient called and they told them no prescription was ever called in. This is my third time on the phone with them. I just called back, and they had no note of the prescription. The woman on the phone isn’t sure what happened. Patients, this pharmacy is awful do not blame your prescribers!"
"Not only is this the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to, the pharmacist is also one of the worst employees I’ve ever seen in any capacity. He seems to relish in moving as slowly, speaking as rudely, and being as unhelpful as possible. They’re definitely understaffed, and the other staff is great, but using this pharmacy is a nightmare and the pharmacist doesn’t seem to care in the slightest. Go to any other pharmacy in the DMV"
"My experience today at your pharmacy was fine, no problems. But this is the 3rd time I've visited the pharmacy. The 2 previous times it was severely understaffed with lines and, seemingly, no staff to attend to customers. The 1st time was so bad I just gave up. I was going to get a flu shot that day, but got it at Safeway next door instead. There I was attended immediately and the whole process lasted 10 minutes. This, after having waited nearly 20 minutes at your pharmacy, with absolutely no movement in the line at all. The 2nd time I went there was a smaller line, but it appeared there was absolutely no one to assist customers at all. After 5 minutes of waiting and not seeing a single person except the pharmacists who were working in the background, I gave up and left again. It was only on my 3rd time visiting the pharmacy that I actually was attended by someone. On top of that, the drug prices are so outrageous that I decided not to purchase 2 of the 4 drugs I was going to pick up. $600 for a 1-month prescription for a single drug! This country's drug policies are outrageous."
"Monthly routine is that my prescription gets sent to this pharmacy and they do absolutely nothing. They don't start filling it, they just sit on it and have zero communication. You have to actually go in to get any status, calling gets you put on hold for 45 minutes only to get disconnected. I've been using this Pharmacy for three years (because I have no other option unfortunately) and nothing has ever changed. One of the worst CVS in the city."
"Very slow pharmacy. Do not come unless you have an hour to burn. I visited on May 12, 2023 at around 6:00 PM and with only three people in front of me, it took over 40 minutes to get my simple prescription. The pharmacists did not seem busy or rushed either."
