"My family, who don't speak much English, went to this pool. Sadly, the staff wasn't very friendly or understanding. My family called over the phone to help translate, but the staff refused to talk to me and told them to leave. It would have been great if they could've been more accommodating to people with language barriers.""

"If you are looking for a family pool, look no further! I have been a resident of Middlesex County for over 10 years and I have to say, this is my favorite pool in the area. Very clean, great atmosphere, and helpful staff. One of the lifeguards, Luc, is so amazing and attentive with my kids. I would highly recommend taking swimming lessons here!"

"We love our pool. All stuff showed up on-time, is very caring, supportive, respectful and friendly. Water in pool is blue as sky and clean as a crystal. The bathrooms are clean. Professional team provides outstanding attention to all details. I cannot say enough nice things about lifeguard Roman. He is very professional, friendly, answered all questions. Also, manager Nate, is really wonderful person, kind, warm and welcoming. He is effective at not only making each family/child feel welcome, but also in running an organized, efficient pool. Thanks a lot for your great care about us. Highly recommend this place."

"It was a nice experience except when the pool management allows pool kids 8-10 yr olds to throw non-pool hard ball like they are playing in a baseball field. Not only did one kid throw the ball and hit my head but same group of kids an hour later kept throwing the ball and hit my 6 year old in the head. There was one point where those same kids threw the ball and almost hit a 10 month old. The ball landed one foot away from him while he was trying to enjoy the shallow end with his guardian. The ball could have hit the 10 month old in the head and caused a concussion, now what do you think would have been the end result. Pool toys and balls should be the type of toys in the pool not hard field playing balls. Hopefully management takes care of this situation before something regretful occurs. And the other sad part is that the uneducated male guardian sees all that is going on and does not say or do anything to the kids"

"We loved this place!!! Awesome for the whole family to have some fun, great for children of all ages. The bathrooms were clean. There were few bodyguards watching the kids while they were playing in the pool. Definitely recommend this place."
