"My first impressions of the Harris Teeter pharmacy have left me concerned. First, there is no way to setup an account prior to having a prescription sent over. Second, they don’t bother to contact you even when the prescription has been sent over (two days later I had to call). Third, I was placed on nearly a dozen times, for over 30 minutes, while inquiring about my prescription and trying to provide my insurance information. Forth, once I provided the information the staff member was like “we don’t have any prescriptions here for you” (even though I was at the doctors office when it was sent over, and can verify that it was also called in), and they then basically hung up on my.
