"Horrible service. They tell you one thing over the phone and when you get there it's another and they have no idea who or why they "said" that. Drove 1 hour and a half for nothing! The people that work here are just rude and unprofessional."

"I echo the sentiments of others with regard to the older blond, Caucasian pharmacist. This woman has a particularly unpleasant demeanor and seems to receive some level of enjoyment in complicating the prescription process. This is the health CARE industry and she's OBVIOUSLY in the wrong field. For years, I have filled prescriptions with this particular pharmacy location without issue but began encountering this woman end/early 2022/2023. Considering the complaints, I am quite surprised Harris Teeter keeps her on staff. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a formal complaint."

Lost medications, incorrect copay’s, unknowledgeable staff, high turnover and combative is what you can expect from them. This is very uncharacteristic of the Harris Teeter that I’ve known elsewhere for 20 years. Looking for a new pharmacy asap."
