"I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. It was a horrible experience. I was told my appointment to install the interlock device would take 2 hours and it ended up taking 6. They told me they didn’t have anymore cameras In stock for my car after I waited 3 hours.. then they told me my car doesn’t even need a camera and took 3 more hours . They forgot to give me the paper I needed for the dmv and didn’t even care. I had to drive all the way back from nj to get that paper! They were EXTREMELY RUDE when I talked to them on the phone about these problems."
