"Was supposed to have my tires rotated with coupon and oil change. They didn't have the tool for the lift . It was going to be in a few days 1.7 months ago. Called after jan1 still no tool. Called Corp. They promised me to get it done. A month later now no one called, and I will not ever be getting my oil changed at jiffy lube. You lost a customer. Keep up the good work"
"I visited the Fairless hills location that I have frequented very often and am usually very satisfied with the experience, however this visit I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. The "manager" Liam was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not have the oil I usually get and had a far more expensive one and I made comment that it's not the customers fault that the oil I usually get was unavailable and I should be charged the same amount as the oil I typically get. After that comment was made by me, Liam's tone was completely different. In addition, I overheard the "manager " berating his staff and there was a lot of yelling coming from the office. I was very uncomfortable and when I assumed my car was completed I started to back up out of the bay and thats when Liam said it was illegal for me to back up independently and he was calling the police. I continued to back up and left. Unfortunately I, as well as my family and friends will never return to this establishment. It's a shame that one bad experience has tarnished my opinion on this particular jiffy lube. I also asked for my tires to be filled and that never happened."
"The best quality service I have seen throughout the state. I would also like to express my special thanks to Mr. Coner and Mr. John. They helped me with everything with a smile."
"THIS IS A REPOST FROM 48 Hours ago. I would like to retract my earlier review, nunc pro tunc, about this prominent business, as I did not have all readily information at hand. My Sincerest, yet Humble apology goes out to Little John and his crew. I hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me for saying such hate filled words. I normally am very professional when leaving reviews as I have not been able to work due to these issues for minimum @ least 5 days. Please understand the stress @ that point in time that I was under. Little John, I want to thank you personally for all the hard work you have done to the Kia, and I want you to know that I appreciate you and am grateful to have crossed paths w/you. Whatever your doing, keep right on doing. Respectfully, Dawn Gallagher"
"I've been using Jiffy Lube on and off for the better part of 40 years. Between changing the oil myself or having it done with family members in the automotive business, Jiffy Lube became a convenience with what they offered. Drive up....BAM....Oil changed and Cornel Kentucky chicken big bucket for family with gravity for the smashed potatoes. I've never had a problem with Jiffy Lube but about 2 or more years ago a family member closed his shop down and went to work with a very large busy garage. I was going to follow and did but it became very time consuming and since I work everyday I was back to Jiffy Lube and a few others I had in mind to fill a void. Understand I put between 70 to 80 thousand miles per year on my car and have been doing that for 44 plus years. So that's an oil change once a month, transmission change once every year and a half, brakes and rotors every year and a new set of Tigggger Paws every year plus the other stuff that occasionally haunts me like a radiator that goes like I just had done. John did that and I have to say I got a good life out of the original radiator because it died and took a dump at 447,899 miles in my Kia Optima. So I needed a place to take care of the oil and that's when I met John or as they call him, Little John but he don't seem little to me. And that's when I see that Jiffy Lube is more than oil changes and basically would fit in with my schedule of things. So I preceded with caution and had him do my front brakes which were in need of attention. I had the parts so it was just the labor which was in line with where pricing should be and his numbers for parts was also in the tent. There are allot of places out there that will do all kinds things to generate income. Just one of many without names. This was a fortune 500 company that i was having front brakes done on my 84 Olds Toronado. Car is up on the rack and I'm a good 40/50 yards away enjoying a smokerette watching the tech walk over to my car with a Klein utility knife and sliced the CV boot. Took everything off and then the sales manager comes across the street with my cv boot in his hand and starts explaining about it and what it does and then the cost. So I said, "Earlier you said you also had the rear brakes in stock and he said yes and I said, "Yeah do the back brakes while we're at. He holds the boot up and I tell him, "Yeah whatever has to be done. I get the bill and I walk into the managers office and explain to him why this bill is on the house. We had some small talk as far as proof goes and asked me how I knew it was a Klein utility knife from that far away. I said, "because I sold you 24 box cutters, some screw drivers and saved you over a thousand dollars on the 4/0 SER cable you wanted in copper. Told you it wasn't necessary in the area to sub feed in copper, Aluminum is all that's necessary to meet code code for the job. He looked at me weird and said, "That was you from Arnold Electric Supply"? To which I answered in the affirmative. So with John I came away impressed with his knowledge of things. And that has gotten stronger over the years and also with all that operate that drive up....BAM....oil change Chicken dinner Kentucky Cornel one less thing.... Happy I have a place that fills my needs. I wont be buying tires from you as that has been filled since I was 17 and Tire City has that business."
