"I have used this pharmacy for years without a hitch. But in the last 24 hours I have had the most frustrating experience. I received a text my prescription was ready. Wow! That was nice! But when I got there only one of two was ready. At first I was told the other medication had to be ordered so it wouldn't be ready till the next day. I was not happy the text did not tell me that so I spoke to a pharmacist who said they were short staffed. Did I want a pill to hold me over. If they were out of the medication how did they have some to give me? The next day I called to see if it was ready at first the woman answering the phone told me my name and date of birth didn't match. After 20 years? And yesterday they matched??? Oh then she found it. And the Med wasn't ready cause they had to order it. Would be ready the next day? Seriously??? The same thing? So she goes to speak to the pharmacist and wow! The medication just came in and they'll fill it for me. Sorry. I don't believe your story and I am grossly disappointed in a pharmacy I have trusted for years."
