"Such a professional establishment! I had to change my previous review that was one star! My husband rescheduled the children to be seen here, so I got to come in and meet the staff. The assistant Tekia knew the superior subject knowledge of her job description. You can tell she took the upmost pride in her career. She made sure I was well informed and knowledgeable of my children’s treatment plans and insurance cost. My hygienist, Jennifer made mine and my children’s experience quick, thorough and engaging. They treated my children as if they were their own. I simply HAD to reschedule my OWN appointment to be seen and change my rating to 5 stars. These two women are the face of this dentistry. Their morals and character are self taught. They are prominent factions of management that deserve recognition from corporate. "Office and people are fantastic. However, the dentist is not the most knowledgeable. I had severe pain in my lower jaw, suspected an infection. But somehow he missed it. Sent me home with something slightly stronger than ibuprofen and refused anything stronger. Still had excruciating pain for several days after and I called back asking him for a solution. He hesitated but gave me a referral for an endodontist, who immediately saw the infection and fixed it."

Dawn, I believe a dental technician, was hands down the best dental professional I've met ever.
