"Excellent insurance company and phenomenal service. I had sewage back up in my basement on a Saturday evening. I filed a claim that Saturday, received a call from Chris first thing Monday morning. Chris informed me of the entire process, that same day about an hour later the claims adjuster Taylor called walked me through the process, he was honest did not make no promises he came out that Friday after my plumber fixed the problem. That same Friday they approved for my mitigation of my choosing to sanitize and pull up the carpet etc. Mitigation started that Friday and was finished Tuesday, they came everyday. Chris called me the next day on Wednesday and discussed my approval amount for my damages and sent it over to me via email. When I tell you they moved so quickly and was informative and responsive the entire time. I have heard horror stories from my family and friends that their insurance company was not proactive and it took them months to hear from the claim adjuster or their insurance company was not responsive. We are new home owners and I couldn’t have had a better insurance company. Thank you!"
