"Nice people, but it shouldn’t take nearly two days and be so stressful to just simply add a vehicle to your coverage. After my wife was notified repeatedly that I needed to call them to add a car to our policy I tried all day just to get someone to answer the phone or return my call with no reply. I finally just gave up and called the State Farm 800 customer service number and did it through them and ended up with a cheaper payment and am giving it a try with a new agent. I think proper communication between the business and consumer was lost through a language barrier. In my 30 plus years with State Farm I have never been as frustrated over something that should have taken 10 minutes."
