"Would have really liked to have the option to have gone here since they are located within my neighborhood. However when I called just now to check on pricing for a 3 surface filling there was just a complete refusal to disclose the price until the doctor has seen and diagnosed me. I communicated that I understood I would still have to be diagnosed and that is ok, but it shouldn’t change the price of the procedure I was inquiring about. I just wanted to know to see how reasonable the pricing was prior to going since this will be out of pocket. I can’t comprehend anyone withholding pricing information. I have no problem with a doctor wanting to diagnose and confirm a warranted procedure but that shouldn’t chang the pricing of any procedure….it may change the actual required procedure which in turn may change the expected cost, but it doesn’t change the pricing of a procedure. It is frustrating to not be able to get a simple answer yet they are a business that wants to be embedded in the neighborhood. If I call the dealership and ask how much an oil change is they can tell me. I may need something else done but the price of the oil change doesn’t fluctuate. How difficult is it to just communicate pricing information. If it’s secretive then that is the only red flag I need."

"I was with Mestas for several years and I finally switched up dentist because I felt something was off in my mouth. I was noticing my teeth cramming into each other. So i finally see a new dentist he asked me why hadn’t my previous dentist removed my wisdom teeth? For many many years I always asked mestas when I would be getting my wisdom teeth and he told me to not worry about them and they weren’t big deal, that I would not be getting mine. My new dentist did a pano x ray for me and now has referred me to an oral surgeon because my wisdom teeth are definitely there and have been for many years! I am so upset and angry with this practice for always shrugging off the issues that I would mention to the doctor. Waste of so many years !!!"

"Dr. Mestas was recommended by a friend to be a great dentist, and she was right. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the woman behind the desk to Dr. Mestas introducing himself to me and actually having a real conversation. He was old school and is obviously a caring individual. I liked him immediately. I was worried as I have not been to a dentist in 2 years and my teeth are a mess, but he was gentle and informative of the process. My fear of dentists melted away as I sat in the chair. It was a very painless and wonderful experience. He is providing me with a plan for the care of my teeth and I am really happy with the service provided. I could not recommend him and his staff highly enough!"
