ShopRite Pharmacy of Cardiff 1606 Dooley Road, Cardiff, MD 21160

"I have been using Shoprite pharmacy for at least 15 years. Over the years I have had numerous issues with not so friendly customer service. I take a drug that has to have a request sent to my Dr. every month due to it being a controlled substance. Unless Frank answers the phone, I receive rude customer service. EVERY month when I call I am told "we don't have a prescription for that." Then I have to ask them to submit the request. One time the person who answered gave me such an attitude and proceeded to NOT submit the request even though he said he would. I was completely out of my meds and had to go several days without due to this. Another time he argued with me telling me it was my fault that he didn't have my meds. Even if it was my fault(which it wasn't), you dont talk that way to a customer EVER! I was asked why I let my meds get so low before getting them refilled... it's because I absolutely dread calling them. It's really bad when you get pure anxiety and stress over a needed phone call to your own small town pharmacy. Also, this pharmacy is less than 5 minutes away from my home."

"I just started going to Shoprite Pharmacy 2 months ago for 2 major reasons. The pharmacist Andy had become increasingly rude over the last 6 months to the point that he WOULD NOT FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS THAT I HAD BEEN FILLING FOR 9 YEARS. I MISSED A MONTH OF MY MEDICINE AND HAD TO TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. LUCKILY, I REMEMBERED, WHEN I FIRST STARTED AT WHITEFORD, THE PHARMACIST WAS FRANK. He worked there for about 3 years and then he quit because of the way he was treated by the new owners. They made it impossible to fill my prescription. Out of the blue, I remember someone saying that he works at Shoprite. So for the last 2 months and going forward, I will fill my medicine at Shoprite because Frank is understanding and even got me a discount. Thanks Pharmacist Frank."
