"Most of my experiences here have been positive. No one is perfect, and they try to help as much as they can. I have tried other places, seeing if I could get a more convenient location or hours. I end up back here. I prefer them over any other pharmacy!"

"The pharmacy tech was very nonchalant and could care less about helping. I take to the pharmacist Erin who not pleasant either. She refused to give me any information because i wasn't calling from a doctor's office. This was a great reminder of why I stopped going there and transferred all my prescriptions in the first place. The customer service and attitude of the majority of people working there just flat out suck. I pray to God I don't have to go back to dealing with them. Just the thought of possibly having another interaction with them is upsetting and completely stressing me out! I would advise anyone to go ANYWHERE else but here!"

"Pharmacists arbitrarily decides which medications they will fill with no justification directly causing harm to patient. A medication prescribed by a Dr., covered and allowed by insurance, with dangerous side effects if stopped, to a patient who has been taking it for 15 years was denied fill. “ There were red flags. Walmart is cracking down on us.” is all they would say to the patient and that the doctor needed to provide information. Dr called in the prescription a second time and told them “fill this now”they still would not fill because they “didn’t get the information they wanted.”Insurance company rep called and was appalled at unjustified refusal and poor treatment and brow beating of patient. They claimed they wanted to “do no harm” but all they did was force harm on an upstanding person who was prescribed a medication for 15 years and forced them into withdrawal by making them go cold turkey just 5 days after a total hysterectomy. This is evil and unconscionable. Class warfare is real and how your treated based on the insurance you carry is the indicator. I can’t believe any of this is legal. Formal complaint being filed with State Pharmacy Board."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE NOW!!!! The newer little blonde pharmacist needs fired!!! I guarantee you, they'll start to gradually lose business. Med First in Cumberland has now been REFUSING to give them ANY service. I would recommend switching."

"Customer Service in person has been great … however I called at 1200 pm and was told to cal at 2 pm as they were out of the medicine and truck wouldn’t be there Until at least 2 and probably way later …. had to be to work so showed up at 140 and was told 10 more minutes …. Not sure how it’s 10 minutes when truck wasn’t gonna be here until 2 and probably not even then ? Have heard from many others locally that this is this Walmart Pharmacy’s MO so take that into consideration …."
