Reviews
"I used Mychart to renew my prescriptions and my meds are always ready at the time of pick up. But I agree for emergencies not so good, as most of the pharmacies are. Staff is very polite!"
"We had an obscure question and the pharmacist pulled out all the stops to get us an answer! Super appreciative! Need longer hours though..."
"I agree with the other reviewers. Totally incompetent staff from the pharmacist on down the line. They told me a critical medicine was ready and then when I called to confirm before pick up, was told it was not."
"Well things have not improved sense the last review. 4 days to prosses my Rx. Then after follow up calls it was still not ready 1 1/2 hours after the indicated time of pickup. Don't bother with this pharmacy."
"This pharmacy is fine if your Rx isn't emergent. Twice in the last 2 weeks I've needed an Rx filled for my newborn. I have called the phone number and select the option to speak to pharmacy staff who tell me a time when my Rx will be ready. I don't enjoy taking a sick newborn out during the worst RSV and flu season that my pediatrician has seen but I don't have another option. Both times I've shown up at the pharmacy an hour or more after my Rx should be ready and both times they had no idea it should be ready by that time. I found out today that I'm not actually taking to someone in the pharmacy, but someone in essentially a call center who is supposed to update in the system that they have given a time to a patient. Apparently these people are so incompetent as to not be able to handle such an easy job because the pharmacist told me that this keeps happening. I'm not sure why that people still have jobs and why you can't speak to someone from the pharmacy to confirm your Rx is ready."
