"Had an appointment at 5:15pm for a flu shot. I arrive at 5:05pm and hardly any customers. I wasn't walking out of there till 6:05pm. What is the point of an appointment time if even when the store is dead it takes over an hour to get a simple flu shot? Go anywhere else."
