"Emily Keller needs to be stripped of her license to sell insurance. She is a liar in business. She left a building of mine uninsured for months. And, when I discovered it was uninsured She lied to attempt to cover it up. She sent me false documents of policies that were never in place. Do not do business with this individual. She is extremely dishonest. She has zero morals, or integrity."

"I signed up with Farmers Insurance for my business in 2020. The communication was via email and phone only. I was a new to owning a business and was not explained in detail what my policy included by the agent. After my audit in 2022 I was told that I owed $1900+ for workers compensation premium that I did not pay for myself and the co-owner. I filed a dispute due to the fact that I was not advised by the agent to sign an exclusion form for myself and the co-owner. Farmers denied my dispute and the agent wiped her hands. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner of MD. Still waiting on response from them. I reached out to the CEO of Farmers, still waiting for a response from them. This is a he said she said case, however if an agent did not do their duty to help explain the process to a new business owner, shame on them. I will be forced to pursue legal action I supposed, since nobody wants to hold the agent accountable. As a small business owner, and new one at that, it is sad that they are attempting to put my business in collections for something that was never my fault and Soley on the agent Emily Keller. Farmers do better, and I hope you can come up with a solution to have this office/agent cover her own mistake. They should have to pay the audit amount of my premium that should have never been charged as it is a direct result from this office's mistake."
