"I normally would't do this but with the way I was treated earlier today, I never have many issues or problems with this location but after today with how rudely I was talked to and then the physicians/Clinics at this location didn't didn't put themselves on mute when they should have for at least some classiness instead they did not, couldn't figure out really a solution, mostly "their" solution which I am pretty sure isn't something that should have been recommended. Not sure if I plan on going back there again."

"The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and extremely willing to explain possible drug interactions. In addition, the front-line staff go out of their way to help their customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy."

"This place is a waste of real estate! No one speaks clear English which is crucial when discussing medicine and money. So frustrating!!! On top of that, there’s always a line. On top of that, they text stating an Rx is ready but when you get there it’s at least 15 minutes waiting plus the long line. On top of that, they barely carry any products! I live 8 minutes away and drive to McLean 15 minutes because this place makes your day bad."

"One of the cashiers is very rude. I m not sure what her problem is. I went to her when it's my turn. She told me " can you wait", then she ignored me. There was another lady who took care of me. After the vaccine was done, I was trying to buy something from the store. I was waiting in line to pay and she saw me waiting and she just ignored me while I was waiting. This is the kind of customer service you get from this kind of employee. I m a health care professional too. I never treat my patient like this. You can feel they treat you like gabarge. I left without buying anything. It's not my loss. Maybe the headquarter should look into why so many complaints with this store."
