"WHY DID YOU REMOVE MY LAST REVIEW? I AM HERE TO STAY. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW. JUST REFUND MY MONEY! STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! AS OF 08/30/2023, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A MONTH! TLDR: Rin Robyn Pools charged me $1,500.00 to open my pool. Incompetent work was performed causing me to have to call another pool company. Owner responded (see below), did not address a single concern. HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND. SHOULD HAVE WATCHED THEM WHEN THE WORK WAS PERFORMED, BUT HAD A 2.5 MONTH OLD THAT NEEDED SUPERVISION. MAKE SURE TO READ REVIEWS BEOFRE UTLIZING THIS BUSINESS. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR THE INEPT WORK PERFORMED? THE OWNER WILL ALSO VERBALLY BERATE YOU. THE OWNER ALSO BELITTLED AND BERATED MY WIFE, I WAS LISTENING THE ENTIRE TIME. TALKING TO THE OWNER IS THE SAME AS TALKING TO A WALL. PLEASE UTILIZE THIS REVIEW WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. REFUND THE MONEY I PAID TO OPEN THE POOL PER ALL OF THE WRONGDOINGS LISTED BELOW. THIS REVIEW IS FROM THE OWNER OF THE POOL THAT RIN ROBYN WAS CONTRACTED TO WORK ON. DO NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW. I contracted Rin Robyn to open my inground pool as they assured me they were experts in inground pools. They came on or about 05/26/2023 and opened the pool, they left without any explanation of what was done and what I should do, they have reports evidently that they do not send to the clients. I inspected the work and the pool heater was not working, the pool filter was leaking, 2 pumps were not opened, pool jets were not installed, DE filters were not installed (standard practice to unscrew top cap of DE filter to ensure unit is functional, covers were not installed onto the ladders, and DE (Diatomaceous Earth) was in the pool, causing it to be cloudy. An expensive custom "elephant style pool cover ($5M) was found balled up and thrown in my shed. I installed a robotic pool cleaner and the pool service returned several days later, when we were not home, unannounced to vacuum the pool, they left and it was cloudy and was unable to swim in. I contacted the owner with the issues and he rudely informed us, "he has been opening pools for 55 years.". Even though he was not present on the service calls. I was able to find the company which installed the pool. The competent pool company was appalled at the poor work, poor understanding of how to open a pool and correct all of the issues. We again Contacted Rin Robyn for a refund and they rudely told us no, how were they supposed to know to do these things! (On their website, it does not state what they do not do when opening a pool, I also asked them to address leaks that were caused by them assembling plumbing parts, they stated that is “normal” (it is not normal and should have been addressed). We asked for a refund due to improper work and they very rude, it’s like talking to a wall. They sell the lowest priced dolphin pool cleaner at more than twice the price of everyone else. There are similar reviews as mine posted about this company. Beware as you do not make a $1,300.00 mistake as I did. PLEASE POST PICTURES SHOWING HOW YOU FOLDED THE COVER. If the owner responds, they're going to say that I said I was going to call my lawyer allegedly, I don't know where they are fabricating this, they said they would refund me. They took advantage of parents that had a two and a half (2.5) month old baby. Response to owner: So you admit that the tech did wrongdoing and is inept, but she is polite, so it's acceptable (re-read that to yourself)? You also did not address anything that was written in the response. Just refund my money for incorrectly opening my pool."

"Horrible service. It took several days to return phone calls and emails. They wouldn't even schedule an appointment until they had a credit card number. When they did show up they had no idea what they were doing and only spent about five minutes "assessing" the problem. Charged over $300 for them to take a few pictures and never found the problem. Call anyone else for service."
"We had a very mixed experience with the sales process, but Morgan did a great job working with us and finding a great spa (or so we thought). The unit that was delivered was damaged and we were told that it was that way before they sold it to us and that they would fix the problems immediately. This damaged unit was sold as a new tub and it has been over 2 months now with no repair or updates even after we have checked numerous times. Ed, the service manager, told us there is nothing he can do and hung up on us when we questioned the status of the replacement parts. He was EXTREMELY rude and has no intention of doing anything other than he absolutely has to. We have been lied to, hung up on and ignored so I would encourage ALL to avoid any dealings with Rin Robyn Pools!"
