"Marshalls could not return with my online order in-store with an order confirmation email. It's 2023 - either figure out how to use POS terminal keyboard to manually enter the order number barcode data or Marshall's should improve their system to allow this. There was no offer by the employees to conduct a no-receipt return by the way. Additionally, one furniture item from my online order was previously canceled without notice, and I had to manually chat in to get the $11 shipping fee refunded back. I know that issue is not the Chester store's fault, but still..can't help to wonder how many people that happens to. Please do better Marshall's."

"They really need to get it together. 3 employees at the front, only 1 actually working. The other 2 having a full on conversation as if there's not customers waiting to check out! Very disappointing. The other 2 employees looked over at us customers patiently waiting to give them our hard earned money and had to regard."
"One of the cleanest, most organized Marshalls I've been to. The selections are relevant and the staff was actually very nice and helpful. The isles are a little tight so be careful if you have a baby stroller or even just a shopping cart. Worth checking out."
