"What a wonderful experience! All staff went above and beyond to make sure we were always safe and having fun. If they have a membership I will definitely be looking into it. Great experience! Wonderful staff"
"The little kid course was perfect for our 5 year old. Our 7 year old was intimidated by the bigger course and the staff had many options for ways to help him. They offered a staff member to go with him to help with clipping and unclipping his harness, they offered for one of us parents to go with him without having to buy a ticket which I thought was soooo nice. My son ultimately ended up sticking to the smaller course and still had a blast. But the help and understanding was great. We will absolutely be back."
"The location is ideal. I had no idea this hidden gem existed so close to home in Trevose. The people were great. Helpful and patient. The trails were really fun, just challenging enough. They have different levels among the adult courses as well so there's something for everyone regardless of how nervous or adventurous you are. I do wish there was just a little bit more for the little kids because it takes longer to do the adult stuff, so the little kids need more to occupy them. So I would not recommend this for someone who is really adventurous and outdoorsy and wants to do all the adult courses but also has small kids. They will yell up at you from the ground continuously about how bored and hungry they are. Once my youngest is old enough to do the adult trails, we'll be right back! I'd also see this as a great friends activity or for birthdays! So I've had a more well-rounded experience now. We came back when my youngest turned 7. She was able to do the yellow (beginner) trails and she was thrilled to be up so high and get to do something a bit harder than the kid trails. We tried to do a green trail (difficult even for me, but still considered just one stop above beginner) and while my 10-yr-old got through, the younger couldn't make it through. So now I can also speak to my experience having a kid repelled down from the middle of the course! While we were both sad she couldn't continue, the staff were so great about calming her down and coming to 'rescue' her. She understood she was not in danger, and this was not a traumatic experience, but rather, she now knows that at 7, she conquered the yellow trails, which she really wanted to do, and in a year or so, she can come back and try the green trails again. It's something to aspire to! I will say that adults and tall people probably take for granted things that are at our eye level; just because a 7-yr-old CAN reach the wires, it's pretty exhausting pretty early on if you have to reach above your head for everything. THAT SAID, she amazed me at what she was able to accomplish before she just couldn't go any farther. So I love this place for being an adventure we can keep coming back to in order to try to conquer one more trail each year. My ten-yr-old will attempt a black or blue trail next year, and I always love it, so we're customers for life."
"First time to this course which is in such a convenient location. MUCH more challenging than courses we have done in Quebec, Mountain Creek NJ, PA and Krakow Poland. Lovely helpful staff are around to help coach you and no waits. Excellent!"
"This place far exceeded my expectations. I have done similar courses in the past and it was my wife's first go at it. She and I both loved it. It has all levels from kids, beginners, and as tough as you want to get. You'll work your way through the levels and by Blue, you'll be thinking about your life choices. The staff were exceptional, friendly, motivating, and well trained. Not only our we planning our next trip but I will be recommending this to my place of work for future team building events. We did do the night light event and the inclement weather looked to be a concern. We called ahead and they said we could come early. Just as our time elapsed and we were packing up, they were having to pull the other climbers off of the course for lightning in the area. I would plan ahead and you'll be fine. Would recommend to anyone who wants an adventure. It isn't that difficult and you can go at your own pace. We felt 1000% safe going on to the course after our instruction and there were plenty of staff if we had concerns or questions."
