"I cannot stress enough how terrible the receptionist/practice manager at this place is. SHE is the reason I won’t ever be going back. The doctor and her dental team are fine but the receptionist is one the most unhelpful and unprofessional people I’ve had to interact with. I post this as a legitimate caution for those considering this practice. Every interaction with her was one in which she was either interrupting me or condescendingly explaining some nonsensical policy of hers to me. What? I’ll never understand how someone in customer service can treat patients so terribly and expect them to want to return — oh, and was slapped with a large bill and ridiculous attitude because I got COVID two days before an appointment and had to cancel; as if I scheduled myself to be sick that week. Borders herself is kind and helpful but the receptionist? No thanks."
